The logistics sites are in varying stages of development, with an estimated completion period within the next 3 years. As a designated Free Trade Zone, there are many benefits including the exemption from federal, state and local government taxes, as well as the 100% foreign ownership and capital repatriation. The bonded warehousing facilities at our logistics park will allow goods to be deposited without being subject to import duties and other trade policy measures.
