Jos International Polo Tournament 2022-23
The Plateau State Governor, Rt. Hon. Barr. Simon Bako Lalong was on ground to commission the new club house, describing it as a masterpiece. The Governor attributed the successes recorded in previous tournaments to the return of peace on the Plateau. He eulogized the organizers for their role as stakeholders in the Plateau Peace Building Project.
This year’s tournament featured 42 teams, including participants from South Africa, Argentina and the United Kingdom. Red Crown Polo (sponsored by NASCO Group and Olivora Shower 2 Shower) was among the teams that competed at the tournament.
The tournament lasted between December 26, 2022 to January, 2023 and had participants from every walks of life, including Emirs and other top government and private sector personalities. The Chairman/CEO of NASCO Group, Dr. Attia Nasreddin OFR and other Board Members, Management and Staff were among dignitaries at this year’s tournament.
The Jos International Polo Tournament has become a major tourist attraction in the state and NASCO Group is proud to be one of the Major sponsors of the tournament since inception.
